Shipping

The playbook for what to expect when your new MVP or All-Pro grill is on its way. Typically, we ship within 5-8 business days. Please note that this timeframe can sometimes be extended due to weather conditions affecting freight services, as these are large, heavy items. Due to the size and weight of our kamado grills, orders are not shipped to P.O. Boxes. We require a physical street address for all deliveries to ensure your grill arrives safely.

Shipping & Transit Time

Your Sports Kamado will be shipped via DHL, our trusted logistics partner. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5-8 business days, allowing us to prepare your championship-grade gear for its journey. Please note that transit times may vary slightly due to weather conditions or carrier delays.

Delivery Process

Due to the significant weight and size of our grills, they are shipped on a sturdy pallet. This ensures your new team player arrives safely and securely.

• Curbside Delivery: The delivery will be a curbside service. This means your pallet will be delivered to the curb, close to your door, or a parking space accessible by the delivery truck. The driver is not responsible for moving the pallet onto your property or into your garage.
• Teamwork Required: Your MVP (232 lbs) and All-Pro (210 lbs) are built like solid players, and they're just as heavy! You will need two adults who are able to lift heavy weight to move your grill from the pallet to its final location.
• Inspection is Key: When your delivery arrives, please take a moment to inspect the packaging for any signs of damage before signing the delivery receipt. If you see damage, note it on the receipt before the driver leaves and contact our Fan Zone Support team immediately.

Additional Shipping Information

• Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
• P.O. Boxes: We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. A physical address is required for all deliveries.
• Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your grill's journey every step of the way.
