Sports Kamado Grill: 3-Year Limited Warranty

At Sports Kamado, we engineer our grills for championship performance and lasting durability. We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and materials. This Limited Warranty covers your Sports Kamado Grill purchased directly from SportsKamado.com, ensuring your peace of mind as you dominate every cookout.

Warranty Period:

Your Sports Kamado Grill is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use and proper maintenance for a period of three (3) years from the date of original date of purchase.

What This Warranty Covers:

This warranty applies to the following components of your Sports Kamado Grill:

Ceramic Components: The ceramic dome, base, firebox, and fire ring.
Metal Components: All metal and cast iron parts, including bands, hinge mechanism, cooking grids, and draft doors.
Miscellaneous Components: Thermometer and gaskets.

What this warranty DOES NOT cover:

Included Accessories: The pizza stone and the Spread System (divide and conquer) components. A 60-day warranty is offered on both accessories.
Bamboo side tables have a 6-month warranty

If a defect in material or workmanship is discovered during the applicable warranty period under normal use and maintenance, Sports Kamado will, at its sole discretion, replace or repair the defective component at no cost to you for the component itself.

To Qualify for Warranty Coverage:

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the Sports Kamado Grill.
Proof of purchase (e.g., original receipt or order number from SportsKamado.com) is required for all warranty claims.
The grill must be used and maintained in accordance with the instructions provided in your Sports Kamado owner's manual.

What This Warranty DOES NOT Cover (Exclusions):

This Limited Warranty does not cover damage or issues caused by:

Normal Wear and Tear: This includes cosmetic and other immaterial deterioration that naturally occurs over time with ownership and regular use, such as:

Scratches, dents, chips, or minor cosmetic cracks in the exterior glaze that do not affect the grill's performance or structural integrity.
Surface rust, oxidation, discoloration, or fading of metal components that do not result in a loss of structural integrity or failure of the component.
Changes in the appearance of gaskets or thermometers due to normal use.

Improper Use or Abuse: Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, improper assembly, lack of proper maintenance, or use of the product for purposes other than its intended design.
Accidental Damage: Damage caused by dropping, impacts, improper support, or attempting to suspend the grill by unapproved means.
Environmental Factors: Damage caused by accidents, natural disasters (e.g., storms, floods, fires), road hazards, or extreme environmental conditions (e.g., excessive humidity, exposure to salt, chemicals, or industrial fumes).
Unauthorized Modifications: Any unauthorized alterations, modifications, or repairs to the grill or its components.
Non-Approved Accessories: Use of accessory attachments not supplied or explicitly approved by Sports Kamado.
Incorrect Fuel: Damage resulting from the use of improper fuels (e.g., briquettes, lighter fluid, wood in place of lump charcoal).
Commercial Use: This warranty is intended for residential use only. Commercial or rental use of the product voids this warranty.
Labor or Shipping Costs: This warranty covers the replacement or repair of defective components only. It does not cover labor costs for repair, or any freight/shipping costs associated with the service, repair, or operation of the grill, unless otherwise specified by Sports Kamado.
